Question 1

How fast can you reach Bonita Springs for an AC repair?

Accepted Answer

Most Bonita Springs calls are handled the same day, and we dispatch 24/7 for genuine emergencies such as no cooling during a heat advisory or active water leaking from an air handler. Call (239) 360-4130 and the dispatcher gives you a realistic arrival window for your address.

Question 2

Do you charge extra for nights, weekends and holidays in Bonita Springs?

Accepted Answer

After-hours, weekend and holiday dispatch windows are priced differently from a standard weekday appointment, and we quote the rate before a technician is sent so you can decide whether to wait for the next standard slot. Flat-rate pricing means the number you approve is the number you pay.

Question 3

Is your Bonita Springs AC service licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. City to City HVAC is a Florida licensed and insured contractor, license #CAC1824318, with background-checked technicians. The license is verifiable on the Florida DBPR public license portal before you book any contractor.

Question 4

Which county handles an AC replacement permit in Bonita Springs?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the address, because the city straddles the Lee and Collier county line. A licensed contractor files with whichever jurisdiction covers the specific property, and you should expect the permit to be identified on your written proposal. Repairs to existing equipment generally do not require a permit; replacements do.

Question 5

Why does my air handler keep filling the drain pan in Bonita Springs?

Accepted Answer

The high water table and year-round humidity here mean condensate volume is significant and drain lines foul faster than homeowners expect. Algae growth in the line, a failed condensate pump, or a drain that was run with insufficient slope are the usual causes. Left alone it becomes water damage, so it is worth addressing at the first sign of standing water rather than the second.
